Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java Full Stack Development and a passion for teaching. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to corporate clients, college students, and online batches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive Java Full Stack Developer training programs.
- Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and exercises.
- Conduct training sessions in-person, virtually, and on-site at client locations.
- Assess and evaluate trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to ensure the training content remains relevant.
- Collaborate with other trainers and team members to continuously improve the training curriculum.
- Provide technical support and guidance to trainees during and after training sessions.
- Participate in curriculum development meetings and contribute to the overall training strategy.
Qualifications:
- BTech/MTech/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in corporate, college, or online training environments.
- Proven Java Full Stack Development expertise, including front-end and back-end technologies.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React, Java, Spring, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and database technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and understandably.
- Experience with modern training tools and platforms (e.g., Learning Management Systems, virtual classrooms).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and teaching.
- Certification in Java or related technologies is a plus.
